About the Project
Arab Youth Leadership Academy
Target AudienceHigh-potential Arab youth aged 22–35 across Europe with demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to community development
A six-month intensive leadership development program for young Arabs in Europe who aspire to take on leadership roles in civil society, politics, business, or the arts. Participants undergo a structured curriculum combining leadership theory, practical skills workshops, study visits to European institutions, and a final community project.
Results & Outcomes
The Academy has completed two cohorts and is now recognized as one of the leading Arab diaspora leadership programs in Europe.
- 80 fellows graduated across two cohorts from 14 European countries.
- Study visits to the European Parliament, UN Geneva, and the German Bundestag.
- 20 community projects launched by fellows impacting over 5,000 beneficiaries.
- Alumni network of 80 active leaders across Europe, the MENA region, and beyond.
- Three fellows appointed to national advisory bodies in their respective countries.
