Digital Skills for Arab Women in Germany
Target AudienceArab women aged 20–45 residing in Germany, particularly those with limited access to formal employment or professional development
A targeted capacity-building initiative equipping Arab women in Germany with practical digital and professional skills to improve their employment prospects and economic independence. The program combines technical training in digital tools with mentorship, networking, and career coaching sessions delivered in both Arabic and German.
Results & Outcomes
The program successfully supported over 150 women across two cohorts in Berlin and Hamburg.
- 158 women completed the full training program across two cities.
- 67% of graduates secured employment or started freelance work within 6 months.
- 40 mentorship pairs formed between participants and professional volunteers.
- Partnered with 12 German companies to offer internship and employment pathways.
- Program received the 2024 Integration Excellence Award from the Berlin Senate.
