Youth Political Participation in Europe
Target AudienceArab youth aged 18–30 residing in Germany, France, and the Netherlands
A cross-national project empowering young Arabs in Germany, France, and the Netherlands to engage in local and European democratic processes. Through a series of political education workshops, simulation exercises, and exchanges with elected officials, participants develop the skills and confidence to become active civic voices in their communities.
Results & Outcomes
The project achieved significant measurable outcomes across three countries over an 18-month implementation period.
- 240 young participants trained in civic engagement and democratic participation.
- 18 political education workshops delivered across 6 cities.
- 32 participants went on to join local advisory councils or political party youth wings.
- 3 policy recommendation papers submitted to municipal authorities.
- 92% of participants reported increased confidence in engaging with public institutions.
